Undergraduate junior, Clinical Nutrition

Molly started working at the lab in 2017 as a research assistant for the Parents to Peers study, but is now helping with the lab's various projects. Molly wanted to become a research assistant because she wanted to study what children are eating and how she can help to introduce better eating habits that children can carry on into adulthood to live full and happy lives. In the future, she hopes to become a Registered Dietitian to serve the community and  run a program that helps prevent childhood obesity and diabetes.
